The municipality of Oldambt ended the year with lots of New Years’ Resolutions concerning digitalisation of the region. For this together with neighbouring municipalities – united in the so-called ‘Regio Deal Oost Groningen – Oldambt organised a meeting for entrepreneurs and other interested stakeholders.
In a festive and inspring way, the participants looked forward to learning more about their own digital skills and about how to further develop and enhance these. Here the digital scan – of the Regio Deal and co-powered by the projects CORA and COM³ – is an easy-to-use instrument where small and medium-sized enterprises learn about their digital awareness, use of data, cybersecurity, and online marketing.
‘Oliebollen’ are a typical Dutch treat to celebrate the new year. For this meeting, the ‘oliebollen’ were garnished with eatable paper slips with the COM³ logo and a QR code linking to the digital scan. Oldambt, its partners and CORA/COM³ are looking forward to a new year with great digital new years resolutions and even more digital skills for entrepreneurs. To realise this, on January 17th a first group of entrepreneurs will receive additional training on how to act on the opportunities of digitalisation.
