Lincolnshire County Council
The Business Lincolnshire Growth Hub, managed by Lincolnshire County Council, provides business support and guidance to established and new businesses in Greater Lincolnshire. It is a single place to go for business experts and mentors in order to get support and guidance as well as grants and finance. It already has a digital business support programme with specialist sector and thematic support services. The team has a wide network of SME contacts locally and is experienced in marketing activities.

Role in COM³
Lincolnshire County Council works closely in the local partnership with the University of Lincoln in the promotion and delivery of support to local SMEs to take up technological solutions. As a local authority, the Lincolnshire County Council participates in mainstreaming activities and promotion of COM³ solutions to the regional, national and EU policy making bodies.
