The 4th Digital Social Summit will take place on March 29 & 30, 2022, as a digital conference with hybrid livestream from Stuttgart, Germany. COM³ partners will share their stories and tell how they help citizens, small businesses and administrations make the most of digital opportunities.

The Digital Social Summit brings together people who are passionate about digitalization. Volunteers and professionals come here to find out about digital transformation trends, plan next steps and create new connections. The main question is: how civil society organizations can succeed in participating in the debates around digitalization, share their expertise and make their voices heard. Participants have the opportunity to attend lightning talks, panels, workshops, best practice presentations, expert sessions and maker spaces.

In a dedicated session, COM³ partners, together with partners from its sister project, CORA, will share their approach and experiences for creating a more digital inclusive environment in rural areas. In an increasingly digital world, rural areas are faced with many uncertainties. In COM³, partners help the regions identify the common challenges and empower them to make the best of the digital transformation. The main goal is to enable everyone – citizens, small businesses and administrations – to gain the digital skills they need, via close collaboration, training and coaching measures.

Don’t miss this session on March 29, starting at 14:25 with Adélaïde Chopard, COM³, Katarina Nordmark, Länsstyrelsen Värmland, Laura Kremeike, Amt Hüttener Berge, Liz Price, University of Lincoln and Bieke Blauwblomme, Intercommunale Leiedal.
