CORA partners met online on 10 November 2021 to take a deep dive into the project methodology, maturity analysis, virtual personas and discuss the next steps for the CORA extension period.
Moderated by Bieke from Intercommunale Leiedal and supported by the colleagues from aconium GmbH and by all partners, the meeting went smooth and constructive. We discussed and defined the roles and responsibilities for the next important step: the maturity analysis in neighbouring municipalities. We discussed also the concept of virtual personas as well as project management issues. The next meeting is preliminary planned for spring 2022 in Lincoln.
